Every week, starting October 1, Petropolis will be featuring an adoptable pet on Great Day St. Louis (KMOV) and our website.
Meet Bella
My name is Isabella, but my foster family calls me Bella. I seem to be about 5 years old and I'm full of energy and love. I've over come a lot since I've been in my foster home but I'm all better now
and all that is left is to find my forever home. I've gained weight while I was going through my heartworm treatments but now that I'm healthy, I'm working on losing it. I'm working on my basic commands like sit, stay, and
lay and I'm house broken and crate trained. I'm excellent in the car and great on a leash (I let you lead). I'm okay around other dogs, as long as they know I'm top dog, but I shouldn't be in a home with cats because I like
to stare them down and soon as they run, I sprint after them. I'd be best in a home with older kids or an active couple because I have a lot of energy but I could work it off with a good walk or run. I like squeaky toys and
bones and I like to show them off before I hide them. I only bark when someone is at the door and I never cry or make much noise. I don't like the rain and I'm kind of clumsy. I need a family who is willing to work with me
and give me lots of love and attention. Can you be my forever home? My foster family says I deserve it. STL, MO.
