They were so welcoming and took great care of my shy rescue Pomeranian. Natalie was so kind and caring towards my King. She's helped a lot making him feel better and learn to trust humans
Took my dog Copper for a grooming session for the first time here today. Firstly he looks adorable, was happy to come back home, but didn’t seem scared when I picked him up. Additionally, the groomers took their time answering all my questions during drop off and ensured I was happy upon pick up. Transparently a little pricier then I would like to pay for a 13 pound dog hair cut (~$80), but knowing he was well taken care of all day makes it worth it and I will be back! Highly recommend!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. All the staff is amazing, especially Aaron Greenwood. I have 3 dogs (1 small and 2 large) and they were amazing with them. My chihuahua is very skittish and doesn’t come to anyone, and in a pupdate it mentioned that he came up to one of the staff members and gave kisses wanting pets. That never happens! Petropolis is a magical place where scared skittish dogs have tons of fun and get lots of love and attention. Any special accommodation’s my dogs needed they were prepared for and happy to accommodate.

We had our little rescue dog spend the day at Petropolis. It was the first time in 6 months that she had been away from us since her adoption. She was so scared and the people at Petropolis were wonderful! They stayed by her side all day and helped her stay calm and relaxed. We will be returning for another daytime play session!
